2. Scope of Our Services

We offer:

• Pre-packaged and tailor-made travel itineraries
• Flights, accommodation, transfers, and tours
• Local guide coordination and support services
• Optional services such as visa assistance or travel insurance (third-party providers)

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Eligibility

To make a booking with DigiCompass, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

4. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed when:

• You have paid the deposit or full amount as required
• We issue a booking confirmation invoice

It is your responsibility to check all details—names, travel dates, passport details—on confirmation. Errors must be reported within 24 hours.

5. Payment Terms

• A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is usually due 30–60 days before departure
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods
• Late payments may result in cancellation or additional charges

6. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel, the following charges apply:

We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover.

By Us (DigiCompass)

We may cancel a tour due to:

• Insufficient bookings
• Force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)
• Unforeseen local disruptions (government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, you will receive:

• A full refund
• Or a suitable alternative
• Compensation where required by Package Travel Regulations

7. Changes and Amendments

If you request changes (e.g., dates, names, hotels), we will try to accommodate based on availability and supplier policies. Change fees may apply.

We may make minor operational changes (e.g., similar hotel substitution) when necessary.

8. Travel Insurance

All travellers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation/curtailment
• Medical expenses
• Emergency repatriation
• Loss or theft of belongings

We may request proof before departure.

9. Passports, Visas & Health

Your responsibility:

• Have a passport valid for at least 6 months from return date
• Obtain necessary visas
• Meet vaccination or entry requirements

We are not liable for disruptions caused by failure to meet entry rules.

10. Liability & Limitation

We are not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations by third-party providers
• Events outside our control (natural disasters, unrest, etc.)
• Injury or illness not caused by our negligence

We comply with the UK Package Travel & Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 to ensure your rights and financial protection.

11. Financial Protection

Your payments may be protected under UK mechanisms such as:

• ATOL (if flights are included)
• Trust Account or similar protection

12. Complaints Procedure

If you experience an issue during your trip:

• Notify our local representative or 24/7 support team immediately
• Submit a written complaint within 14 days of return if unresolved

We will investigate and respond within 28 days.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—logos, images, itineraries, and text—is owned by or licensed to DigiCompass Ltd. You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.

14. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the data practices outlined therein.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England.
